What should I expect once I have contacted you?

I will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. If you feel I can help we will agree on a day and time which will become your reserved slot each week. I will ask you that you sign a Client Agreement detailing our working relationship.

Do you work online or in person?

I work both online and in person from my office in Peckham, London and Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.

Question 3

What is your availability?

Accepted Answer

I work Monday - Friday and offer both daytime and evening slots.

Peckham - Wednesdays only.

Question 4

How many sessions will I need?

Accepted Answer

I work on both a short and long term basis with clients. It is possible to see change or achieve your goals within a few sessions, though for many the therapeutic process may take a few months to unfold. Some clients choose to stay in therapy for longer.

Question 5

Do I need sex or relationship therapy?

Issues with sex and relationships often intertwine. Work in one area often moves to the other. During our assessment session(s) we will collaboratively work on formulating a therapeutic plan which will inform which type of therapy (sex or relationship) is better suited for you at the present time.

Question 6

Will you set "homework"?

Accepted Answer

Homework can be useful in both relationship and individual therapy. Any homework that is suggested is an invitation, rather than an obligation, and will be discussed in our sessions. However, in some instances practical exercises between sessions form an important aspect of behavioural change.

I have chosen to list the most common issues I see. If you feel your experience falls outside of these, I am happy to hear from you. We can establish via e-mail or during a free 15 minutes consultation if the issue you need support with falls within my professional capacity.
